The beautiful villa offers a great sea view overlooking the green golf course and a large outdoor swimming pool. The great view can be enjoyed from all bedrooms and the large living room.
The living room has two comfy large sofas, a LCD screen (ideal for presentations during workshops). There is a separate dining room with a wooden table with 8 chairs and can alternatively be used as a nice quiet coworking room.
The very spacious kitchen with 2 fridges, dish washer, microwave, … makes it easy to cook food for larger groups.
The covered terrace includes a large table for 12+ people, a sofa where you can enjoy a wine in the evening and a table tennis plate. The house has further two roof top terraces.
Pool Area with second apartment
The special about the house is that there is a second small apartment on the garden/pool level in that 2 more bedrooms with 6 beds and a bathroom are available. This part of the villa is much less luxurious, but cosy and has a direct access to the pool.
Bedroom with double bed
In the main villa there are 6 very spacious beautiful bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the first and second floor. One of those bedrooms consists of two rooms and can be used as two bedrooms. A seventh smaller bedroom including a bathroom is available.
Bed room with twin beds
Six bedrooms with double beds can be turned into twin rooms.

Sitges is a beautiful town around 35km south from Barcelona with 30,000 inhabitants. The old town center with its narrow cobble stone streets is very well preserved and filled with cute shops, bars and restaurants. A 3 km long palm-lined beach promenade is perfect for a run, a walk or just having dinner in one of the restaurants. The city is vivid and has a lot to offer all around the year. The summer is usually very crowded, but from mid September until June it is perfect. The town is know as gay-friendly and especially in summer and the first week of September a hot spot. The rest of the year, it a usual open-minded relaxed and luxurious town.
For shopping Sitges offers a long selection of supermarkets (Normal ones, discounters, organic stores). Besides that in the town center there are many smaller shops for all kinds of things.
Transportation: The town is connected with a bus system and a train station. You can easily get to Barcelona by bus (40-45 minutes) from the stop that is only 10 minutes from the house. Alternatively you can take the train (30-35 minutes) from the main station in the city center (3 km).
The network in Sitges works very well – you get 3 G everywhere and the fixed line connection is 6 or 10 MBit/s based on the location.
The long beautiful beach promenade is ideal for a walking, running and biking. The great thing about Sitges is that you have the sea and the mountains. So mountain biking is a great option there as well as trail running. On the white-sanded beach – which is a great beach to just relax and go swimming – you can as well go kayaking, standup paddling or jet skying. There is a place to lend sailing boats with or without skipper – so don’t miss the chance if you can. There is a large golf course and even if you cannot play golf, you can get a teacher for an hour or two for your group for a fair price.
Besides sports we recommend to visit beautiful Barcelona of course, which is so close.
In Sitges you can get many different cuisines. The prices are rather high for Spain and can be compared to standard mid-European prices.
Just to give you some examples: There is a great Spanish place directly at the beach promenade (try the chipirones and pimientos al padron and their paellas!), a really good Sushi place also right by the sea, a delicious Italian restaurant, some very typical Spanish tapas places…
For bars, we have two favorites: a outdoor roof top bar in a hotel of that you have an amazing view (highly recommended for sunset) and a bar directly above the cliffs from where you can see the harbor.
